Worst Experience Ever.
Really fast shipment if you don't consider that arrive the wrong product. I ordered a Huawei mate S 64gb and they sent me a Huawei mate 8. The customer service is just by email - forget all the possibility to contact them through one of the phone number listed on the website. It took me 10 days to resolve the issue. No proactive people here - and maybe most important thing - they even didn't apologized for their own mistake. They offer me two solutions: 1- Close the order with the wrong phone by paying the 30€ difference (???) - I refused to pay for the mistake of others 2- Send me the right phone to other country ( I was on holiday in Italy but I live in Spain ) by paying customs taxes (???) At the end I managed to receive my refund but I can say for sure that this has been the worst online experience of my whole life. DON'T BUY HERE.
