I would avoid if possible. I bought a fashion item, new with tags and I received it without a tag, smelly, dirty on the outside, and also with scratches and broken all over. They did not bother to let me know about the item's condition and just shipped it as it is. There's other proxy servers which check the condition of the item like Doorzo, Buyee, etc. They don't. This was also collected physically so the dirt could easily be seen at least. No word about it. Paid a lot for it and for the shipping. They also have no other shipping options except Fedex. Now I'm in dispute with Paypal to get my money back because forwardbuy is ignoring me after they told me they MIGHT be able to offer a partial refund and not cover the return shipping costs (I was open to return it).
