Non-existing ticket?
I am unsure whether this ticket provider scams customers or simply makes errors when customers purchase tickets. I booked a flight through Farera on 10 June 2026. When I tried to check in 40 hours prior to the flight, the airline was not able to locate my ticket. The customer service of Farera advised me to try again 24 hours prior to the flight. 20 hours prior to the flight, the ticket remained unfindable by the airline. I have tried reaching out to Farera, but the customer service is unavailable and have left my assistance requests unanswered. In short, if you would like to purchase a ticket, please try other options than Farera, as it will save you money, time and peace of mind in the future.
