Everything was good. I liked feature with check-in reminder, which includes all data for your check-in process (you don't need open your passport, find your booking id in another place -- you can just copy all information and past it on the airline company website). Also it was the cheapest option for our trip.
Farera was great
Farera was great. The website was very easy to understand and use - even for me: an elderly technophobe. The ticket itself was not expensive and everything worked well. I had a wonderful trip without any problems. Thanks a lot.
Booked a ticket
Booked a ticket, but I didn't receive it and later got a refund. I needed that flight urgently because I was on a Typhoon zone and I needed to go as soon as possible, so I booked the ticket. I thought I had it but hours later they cancelled and I got a refund, so I had to buy another but the prices got a lot higher in that few hours (from 200€ to 700€ three people). They made me spend a lot of money. I'm going to buy the tickets at the airline page from now on (not in this type of websites).

3 Stars because of the nice web design and the fact that i get my money back when the reservation is unsuccessful. I ordered a flight 2 times with 2 different cards and both of them got cancelled and refunded. Then I went to the original flight company that sells the tickets and got a cheaper one than what Farera offers.. Nothing more to say.
I was worried, didn’t need to be, it was great.
I was worried given the reviews, didn’t need to be, everything went very smoothly. I used Farera to book an internal flight within Vietnam, from Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City, with VietJet airline, at short notice. Was worried because VietJet’s own website no longer had availability, SkyScanner lead me to Farera which had availability and let me book. The booking was good and included all our luggage, both hand and check-in. We couldn’t check in online on VietJet website, but that is often the case with internal flights and unusually spelt foreign names. Check-in was very smooth, flight was fine. No complaints and in fact impressed that they could offer a flight that the airline themselves could not. No extra hidden charges last minute during booking, didn’t need to use customer service. There was a huge amount of upselling during the booking process but you can click it all away with a little bit of effort.

It is just a trap
It is just a trap If it was possible to write zero star, that's the correct value. This website is a legal fraud. They block your money promising immediately a flight confirmation that will never arrive. They say in writing "in few minutes you get your confirmation" , I am waiting for more than 1h now and nothing, at all. Furthermore they don't allow you to open a complaint or call them, this is a fraud dressed as booking process.
