3 Stars because of the nice web design and the fact that i get my money back when the reservation is unsuccessful. I ordered a flight 2 times with 2 different cards and both of them got cancelled and refunded. Then I went to the original flight company that sells the tickets and got a cheaper one than what Farera offers.. Nothing more to say.
