solved the problem for me but not for future clients
claimed to send me a $30 coupon for a product review, did not state the promised coupons limitations. i completed the review and recieved coupon, with high purchase requirements to use. customer service ended up providing me with an acceptable coupon, however i know future clients will be mislead by the same email as i was.
