Scam
They can't provide a reliable service (after every OS update, it takes weeks or months for them to produce a working app/browser extension), so I have cancelled my subscription after years and years of being a loyal subscriber, as the product is useless.
They did not refund the money for the remaining and unused months of the one year subscription. We call this stealing.

Be careful with them!
Be careful with this company! They sent a defective useless item from Germany and they went unresponsive after that. After opening a Paypal dispute, they demanded I send it back to China on my expense (while it came from Germany).
So, they took my money and I have nothing in return. I think this is the very definition of scam.
