Using service tokens, I can give AI tools controlled access to platforms like Git, Docker, and a proxy manager, allowing them to set up and deploy small application prototypes in just a few minutes, from an initial idea to a working, accessible app.

My experience with 1Password has been extremely disappointing, and I am now looking for an alternative password manager. One of my biggest frustrations has been the quality of customer support. Despite sending multiple emails to 1Password support, I often received no response. On the few occasions when I did receive a reply, it was not helpful and included promises of follow-up that were never fulfilled. I also encountered significant difficulties installing and using the software. When technical issues arose, I was unable to obtain reliable, timely assistance. Like many companies today, 1Password does not appear to offer customers the ability to speak directly with a human support representative, which made resolving problems even more frustrating. Overall, my experience with 1Password has been overwhelmingly negative. In my view, the company's customer support infrastructure is inadequate and ineffective, leaving customers without the assistance they need when problems occur. ADDENDUM: I received an email from Trustpilot advising me that 1Password was seeking additional information from me. In fact, I had already provided that information to 1Password, but, in keeping with my experience with 1Password, there was no follow-up, and consistent false promises of technical support. If I could change my review of 1Password to minus five stars, instead of plus one star, I would.

I decided to stop using 1Password after a very disappointing experience with my subscription renewal. I tried renewing my subscription using multiple valid Visa and Mastercard cards, the same cards I use every day for purchases and online payments around the world without any issues. Despite this, every payment attempt failed. When I contacted support, I was simply told to check with my bank. However, my bank confirmed that they had never even received an authorization request, meaning the payment attempt apparently never reached the card issuer. I expected a more thorough technical investigation instead of being redirected to my bank. The product itself may be good, but if a subscription service cannot successfully process payments from perfectly valid cards and customer support is unable to identify the cause of the problem, it becomes difficult to trust the service. I eventually migrated to another password manager that not only worked flawlessly from the start but also costs significantly less. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed.

I had a technical issue with one bank password. While the issue was not technically resolved, I was provided a clear concise explanation for what is going on along with what I believe is the root cause of the issue. Additionally, I was told that I would receive the fix when the fix becomes available. Very pleased to have an explanation that makes sense. Also, very timely response.

I noticed that my passwords weren't syncing between devices for two days. The support team was slow to respond, which was frustrating. The app feels lacking in features compared to other managers. This needs improvement.

I have paid a subscription for this software for years. It is indispensable. My online life would be total chaos without it. I have had only one issue in the time I have relied on 1Password. The prompt support and resolution to my issue quite frankly startled me. I urge all my family, friends and colleagues to get a password manager. 1Password is the gold standard. My only complaint is that 1Password doesn’t allow you to generate a password wherein you can select the special characters used in the password. This feature would be helpful as many sites have restrictions on the set of special characters that can be used.

1PW is OUTSTANDING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I have used it for years; I have ~ 200 logins/passwords and could be lost without it. everything I needs; PW's, key info (in secure notes), etc is right at my fingertips on all my devices. if you like you can configure to grab passwords from your workflow, update existing PW's. once you get going it is braindead easy to use. and the support is GREAT
