Excellent support
First of all, it was very easy to contact 1Password support. I submitted my issue and the next day received help from the Support tech. He was super! He sent me instructions on a potential fix. When it did not work, he set up a zoom call to look at my system to clean up some supe files. After a few days, the issue returned. I reached out to him again and he set up a 2nd zoom session. I am confident that my issue is resolved thanks to his tenacity and follow up. To me, that is unheard of these days. It is nice to know that if the basics don't resolve the issue, you can reach out to a live Support tech that understands the issue and to be able to help me get it resolved. I really like 1Password functionality, ease of use and Support

I have to give Anthony the highest praise I can muster because he spent almost an hour on the phone today with my daughter and me.
As a background story, I purchased 1Password over 10 years ago. I’ve been using this program all these years without any problems and 100% satisfaction. I decided as an eighty year old, it would be a good idea to share all (100+) my passwords with my daughter. We found it difficulty navigating the process because the 10+ year old program was not compatible with the current 1Password version. We reached out to 1Password for assistance. Anthony was a fantastically competent man that worked with us diligently until all our needs were satisfied. His patience and attitude was remarkable. He was delighted to be of assistance to us and we appreciated all his efforts and enthusiasm.

Using and trusting 1Password since 2017
I've been using and trusting 1Password since 2017. I recently had an issue that I couldn't work around on my own. My sign-in email was created on Google, billed through Google Play. After I moved my email to a private server, I couldn't access the Google Play billing and my subscription expired. When I contacted 1Password support Darcy W. saved the day, by giving a 14 day trial account that allowed me to change my login details + billing info. He even gave me a lovely discount for my troubles. Now I realize that 1Password has an excellent, resourceful, support team, in addition to a premier security product. Thanks, Darcy W.! 😊

Best customer service ever
Best customer service ever! Somehow I managed to pay my annual subscription twice, once in Canada and once in the US. Seth explained what I must have done very clearly, and gave me two potential solutions. Once I decided, he essentially fixed it, told me what to do at my end and processed my refund.
Many back and forth emails, fast follow-up and Seth and others did not give up on elderly me. Very patient. I never would have figured it out and they were great. Many thanks!

Great product, easy to use, fantastic customer support - 2 websites I use are a bit 'different' to the norm with usernames/passwords - 1Password didn't recognise this properly for autofill but support have flagged both for review and implementation in a future version, the response from support was quick and thorough. For the 100s of other sites I use it - it works perfectly.
