Positive Customer Service Experience
I have used 1Password for years and found it overall helpful and mostly intuitive. Reviewing now because I got helpful customer service when I went down the wrong path to update my "Identity" for autofills (admittedly, there's a UX issue in that confusion). The CSR (Siân-Kathryn) provided a video of the steps that efficiently showed me the way.

Family Plan Fail
I’ve used the program for years. The UI has always been clunky and the auto-fill problematic but I just copy and paste everything. However, setting up a family plan has been horrible. DO NOT try to do it with Gmail and iOS. Your secret code will fail to save and you can’t delete someone and start over. It holds a ghost account for 30 days. After I created two service numbers w the bot I finally got a confusing email reply that in sum said wait a month and try again. No problem with taking my extra money right away though.

I have used 1 password for a number of years and have always been satisfied with it but an increase is nearly 30% is outrageous.
I emailed 1password saying that in June I got an email saying next years subscription was £33.49 and the day before my renewal I was told it was £43.49.
They said they had sent an email in February which I didn't receive, it probably went into my spam folder.
That was all the options available to me

What I appreciate most is that 1Password is transparent on top of being reliable. I rarely give it much thought yet feel secure in using it. I was considering switching over from LastPass
I was considering switching over from LastPass password manager due to them having another data breach earlier in the year. I submitted a query to their help desk and received a boiler plate response assuring me everything was fine and not offering to do anything despite a repeated data protection failure, which is really their primary purchase. I trialed 1Password, but while I was registering, the first year discount for some reason did not take. I submitted a help desk ticket, they responded in less than 24 hours, requests I just share a link/screenshot of the offer (which I did), and immediately applied the discount. Short story, I cancelled my LastPass renewal, and am very happy with 1Password. It is less glitchy, I don’t have to use a separate authentication app, and I feel my passwords and personally identifiable information are safer hands.

Happy customer for life! After bailing from my last password provider who lost its soul in a sale, I have used 1Password and greatly appreciate their continual security conscious updates, such as working with HIBP and now navigating the wild world of AI agents who need credentials. Most recently, when I had to change my billing provider *while* upgrading to latest version of 1P, I was nearly stuck with duplicate payments. 1Password team sorted me out and even gave me a new free trial on the latest version.
