1P1Password - Password Manager★★★★★
1Password = flawed product, grossly inadequate customer support, and false promises of follow-up to requests for technical support
My experience with 1Password has been extremely disappointing, and I am now looking for an alternative password manager.
One of my biggest frustrations has been the quality of customer support. Despite sending multiple emails to 1Password support, I often received no response. On the few occasions when I did receive a reply, it was not helpful and included promises of follow-up that were never fulfilled.
I also encountered significant difficulties installing and using the software. When technical issues arose, I was unable to obtain reliable, timely assistance. Like many companies today, 1Password does not appear to offer customers the ability to speak directly with a human support representative, which made resolving problems even more frustrating.
Overall, my experience with 1Password has been overwhelmingly negative. In my view, the company's customer support infrastructure is inadequate and ineffective, leaving customers without the assistance they need when problems occur.
ADDENDUM:
I received an email from Trustpilot advising me that 1Password was seeking additional information from me. In fact, I had already provided that information to 1Password, but, in keeping with my experience with 1Password, there was no follow-up, and consistent false promises of technical support. If I could change my review of 1Password to minus five stars, instead of plus one star, I would.

BJBJ's Wholesale Club★★★★★
Costco is a million times better than BJ's
We are new members of BJ’s, not for long, though.
On our first few trips to BJ’s Warehouses we were unimpressed. The quality of the BJ’s products seems poor, and the warehouses have a Flea Market persona.
I went to the App to look for our closest warehouse, and after 15 minutes of trying to find a Warehouse Locator, on the App, I finally gave up. I called BJ’s alleged Customer Service Department. That call reminded me of the widespread demise of customer service in America. First, the person that I talked to at BJ’s alleged Customer Service barely spoke English. Then, when I asked him where the Warehouse Locator was on the App, he did not know the answer to that simple question. He put me on hold (for a ridiculous amount of time), while he researched my very simple question. The alleged Customer Service Agent came back to my call, and told me that there was no Warehouse Locator on the App, but there was one on the BJ’s website. What a slipshod operation. We will cancel our BJ’s membership, ASAP. We are, again, reminded how wonderful Costco is.

REREI★★★★★
We’ve had a largely positive experience as REI customers/members
We’ve had a largely positive experience at REI, and as REI customers/members, for, I’m guessing, 50 years.
Our experience has been a combination of retail store and eCommerce (web) transactions. The Bedford, NH store, in particular, is quite good. The Conway, NH Bike Shop manager was remarkably lazy, delivering a >$3,000.00 bicycle. The Reading, MA store, very good; great staff. The Boston, MA store, my least favorite, I find the staff rood, and NOT customer-centric. I’m not sure the real reason for the Boston, MA store closing, but, my impression is that the staff/leadership of that store did NOT contribute to the store’s longevity. That store (Boston) should have been a gold mine for REI, with Boston University around the corner, the Ski Market and Eastern Mountain Sports, long gone, and multiple other colleges and hospitals, nearby. There is no shortage of athletes/outdoor enthusiasts, with financial capacity, in the area.
We like many REI products, and, most notably, we like REI’s return policy. We go out of our way to make purchases at REI, based on their return policy, which far outperforms LL Bean’s return policy.
The icing on the cake, for us, is our annual REI Co-Op rebate, which creates great value.
From reading the other reviews, it is clear that REI has some work to do. I hope REI listens to the voice of their customer, and takes corrective action.

CACanadapetcare★★★★★
Canadapetcare.com, BUYER BEWARE!
Canadapetcare.com appears to me to be a highly suspect business. I was looking for a picture of Bernie Madoff on their website, as their Ambassador, but I did not find a picture of Bernie.
Here is the insanity of my dealings with canadapetcare.com:
First, my credit card company tells me that the charge to my credit card, by canadapetcare.com originated in Mauritius. I had to look that place up. There is nothing redeeming about Mauritius.
Second, despite canadapetcare.com’s reference to Canada, their website shows their place of business is in the United Kingdom. Are you confused yet, is this business flagged as a Canadian business, in Canada, Mauritius, or the United Kingdom?
Third, I tried to reach these suspect characters by phone, during business hours in North America, multiple times. Forget that, my calls went to their voicemail, and I received no call back.
Fourth, the functionality of canadapetcare.com’s website is awful. I use a very high speed Internet connection, and it was near impossible to navigate canadapetcare.com.
Fifth, I received an email from canadapetcare.com, advising me that despite the medication being labeled in “pounds” on their website, the packaging of the medication that we receive, will be in kilograms, and, oh, by the way, the medication will be coming from Singapore, or Australia.
Smell like a rat? I went back to canadapetcare.com to look for Bernie Madoff’s picture, still, I can’t find Bernie’s picture. Then, I cancelled our order, and shut down my credit card. I regret giving canadapetcare.com my demographic information, and former credit card information.
BUYER BEWARE!

BRBrunswick Companies★★★★★
I am unimpressed with the Brunswick Companies
I am unimpressed with the Brunswick Companies.
It took several days to get a quote from the Brunswick Companies.
While I was waiting for a quote from the Brunswick Companies, I shopped around, I discovered a much more responsive company in Hiscox Insurance Company, Hiscox has a superior reputation to Brunswick Companies, a much longer history of superior performance, and Hiscox Insurance was a fraction of the price of the Brunswick Companies; Hiscox offered me a superior product and coverage (to Brunswick), at a fraction of the price of Brunswick.
BUYER BEWARE of price gouging by Brunswick Companies, and superior service to Brunswick Companies.
My interactions with Hiscox Companies put my interactions with Brunswick Companies to shame, and Hiscox prices (in an apples to apples comparison), saved me hundreds of dollars. over Brunswick Companies quote. Brunswick Companies were not responsive, they (Brunswick) did not appear to want my business. BAD!
I expect to be a Hiscox Insurance Company client, for life, and, never a Brunswick Companies client.
