Wish I had read the reviews before buying
I bought Music Shield sunglasses at Dubai duty free and loved them initially , recommending the product to many friends and family. After 2 months the left speaker stopped working and that’s when my problems started . The response from customer services is painfully slow often with 2-3 weeks passing inbetween replies. This is particularly frustrating as I am outside of the USA and unable to follow up with a phone call without incurring hefty call charges . It’s been over 6 weeks now with a product I can’t use and I’m no nearer to resolution . I fear I have made an expensive mistake and recommend others do not buy this brand.
