CAREFUL!
LATEST UPDATE: Perseverance! It was the most time-consuming activity I have ever done! BUT - IT WAS WORTH IT! I did as was asked & photographed EVERYTHING (arms, waist, length, shoulders, hips) & sent the information as clearly as possible - full photos plus close-ups proving measurements. EVERY measurement I sent was (much) MORE than 3cm too small (if your measurements are more than 3cm out of stated size you are entitled to a refund. See "warranty policy"). They refunded (to my bank!) a certain percentage of my money back, without having to return the tiny clothes thankfully. My advice, be as CLEAR as possible (note SKU, send as many photos with measurements, complain EVERYWHERE) & don't let it go. It's worth it in the end. They expect people to give up. On principal - don't give up! Good luck. UPDATE: They replied demanding more photos & information. THey offered a refund (on account - NOT real money) of 10% of original cost OR I could post stuff to China & they'll swap them but I MUST PAY!!!!!!!!! (am assuming that that is not cheap - Germany to China AND then from China to Germany!!!!etc)- THEY sent me the wrong sizes!!!!! I decided to photograph EVERYTHING AGAIN but this time with measuring tape beside them. I have wasted 4 hours of my life using photoshop for close-ups etc. I am doing this on principal because they should NOT get away with this & it's what they expect! These are 4 hours I will never get back! What a bunch of criminals! DO NOT BUY from them. THe positive feedback MUST come from employees or friends of staff! Yesterdays complaint: Okay, I write complaining that the clothes sent were made for tiny people & the reply I got is that I should photograph EVERYTHING with a ruler beside them. I'm 5'9" & small-medium sized- the clothes barely fit my 13 year old daughter (in a second complaint I sent a photo of her wearing 2 of the TINY tops as an example- naturally I have not got a reply regarding that mail...I sent both complaints within 25 minutes of each other) I have no words! I'm a fool for not checking out reviews. The photos & website were just so professional! Have I mentioned the terrible quality?! The clothes are badly shaped (tops too wide), stained (bikini) and the material feels beyond cheap! I ordered them because they looked so good & they're different to what everyone is wearing... DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I HAVE! I am insisting that I can send the clothing back for free. I am now scared I'll never hear from them like other customers! Last thing! I ordered 2 dresses & they fit as tops!!!!!!
