Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service. I went to the St James store to buy a small gift. The person I dealt with (Janna) couldn't have been more helpful - picked up the right product from another branch, personalised it while I waited. Beautiful shop and great shopping experience. The product was perfect, too. Recommend!
