Just received my order. Am obsessed with the bag. The delivery is fast. It only took one week for them to send the bag from UK to Australia. The customer service is top notch. They are quick to respond my concerns and solve it. The package is well packed without any damage through such a long journey. I am very impressed. Would recommend it.

Amazing customer service as always with Aspinal. The staff are second to none. Fast responses, nothing too much trouble and so pleasant to speak to. The quality of the products are exquisite it is clear to see why the brand is favoured by royalty. Sophie Carter was tremendous.

Excellent customer service from Nicolle. When I had to return a bag Nicolle assisted me to find a more suitable bag. She was helpful and used her knowledge to secure a beautiful replacement that was even nicer. I have always found Aspinal of London’s products to be first rate and now I have discovered their customer service is also first class.

Very smooth experience

Very smooth experience! It's my first time buying from this brand. I fell in love with the Mayfair 2 silhouette, and the Deep Taupe and Ivory colorway fits my everyday palette so well. I jumped on it fearing it will go out of stock before Black Friday, and I'm so glad I did! The packaging is wonderful and so carefully put together. I ordered on Sunday night, and it was delivered to Toronto by Wednesday! It says explicitly all import duties are covered, which is really nice. I'm a sucker for details and I literally cannot find any flaws with the bag and the stitching. Everything looks and feels perfect. I will definitely come back for more handbags from Aspinal of London!

As a regular very satisfied customer at Aspinal, it is with a heavy heart that I feel it’s necessary to write this review. I purchased a gift for my friend’s birthday on the 16th of July and still it hasn’t arrived. Customer service, although polite, are sporadic with very little interaction or help offered. I’m so frustrated as Aspinal was always my “Go to” for beautiful gifts, but all of this has left a really bad taste in my mouth! UPDATE: Thank you to Nicolle for contacting me and resolving my issue so quickly and efficiently, I am delighted to now have my friends gift which I know she will love! You have now restored my faith in your company and I will shop again in the future with confidence… thank you 💜

Very disappointing

Very disappointing with us, Service quality from Aspinal after purchasing a new bag for my wife we noticed small scratches on the Clapp although the bag was New this was put down to wear and tear they are unable remedy this for me it’s very poor Service with very little understanding the quality and the durability of the bag is not as it described on their Internet very disappointing

The perfect exchange

Purchased the Alice bag in Fig in the sale. Sadly a little damaged when checked on the strap. Called and the wonderful Millie was most helpful and arranged a swift exchange for the black (which was not in the sale) and that is how you handle a regular client my friends. Still waiting to get my money back

I was so excited to make my first order with Aspinal. The item looked so beautiful and well-made that I was willing to spend a little more on it. It said it would be sent in up to 5 business days so I waited, and waited and then after two weeks, I followed it up. My tracking number on the website didn't work. After following up three more times and being told they would speak to the warehouse or it was definitely on its way, I asked whether there was a chance that the bag wasn't in stock as it didn't show on their website anymore. It was then that they said yes, they didn't actually have it. What made it worse was that I then had to chase my refund too, so they have held on to my money for weeks, it's disgraceful. For a brand that is supposedly "high-end" I really would expect better. They might have celebrities & royalty pasted all over their website, but this is worse than any experience I've had on the high street. It is so far from a special experience, they treat their customers terribly and I wish I had never placed the order. I'm still waiting to get my money back.

Unprofessional company

Customer service…. Big air quotes attached to that comment are still refusing to sort out the wrong delivery issue in an acceptable way and are now completely ignoring requests for response. This is supposed to be a luxury brand! I don’t think so…. Gucci does not do this to their customers. Aspinals are more akin to market traders, shonky goods and no post purchase service .

I had a super positive experience dealing with customer service. My issue was resolved quickly, professionally and without any fuss whatsoever. I felt that my custom was genuinely appreciated, and the whole process was handled so efficiently. Well done — excellent customer service!

Purchased the Midi London Tote in Merlot

Purchased the Midi London Tote in Merlot during their 2025 Christmas sale. Packaging was beautiful, no issues with shipping, however, the cannabis stench from this bag is horrible. Reached out to customer service and their only reply was that I could return it. No answer as to why it stinks or how to solve the problem. I kept the bag because of the hassle to return back to the UK and I could possibly air out the bag and the smell would dissipate. Fast forward to July of 2026. Activated charcoal, baking soda, two MONTHS of airing out the bag, leather cleaner/deodorizer and it still reeks like weed. I haven't been able to use the bag because of the stench, or if I did carry it, the judgement of the stench and possible legal issues I could encounter- never believing it is the leather of my purse! Further research revealed that odor is a by product of tanning methods on cheap leather. $1200 for a bag made with cheap leather touted as the finest. Terrible first experience from a brand I admired and it is my last.

Aspinal are a great company to deal…

Aspinal are a great company to deal with. Products are top-notch and customer service is second to none. Have ordered from them a few times and never a problem other than the courier service which they have no control over, hence still 5*. I personally would prefer that they used Royal Mail as DPD, DHL and UPS drivers seem to have a problem delivering to my address as it has security gates!!

Expensive cheap jewellery

I ordered a very nice bracelet and earrings set for my daughter 21st. The earring clip broke in a month. Can’t send them video bounces back. They don’t respond to emails. Sadly expensive cheap rubbish.
