I wanted to purchase a mini Mayfair bag in buttermilk with the silk scarf but it was on pre order and the stock date kept being pushed back. I emailed customer services. The bag I ordered (Alice in Fig) was absolutely stunning in terms of design, quality and craftsmanship. Unfortunately the colour wasn’t quite right for me so I reluctantly returned it but the returns process was very straightforward. Personalized option of £20
Bag, delivery and communication once the order was placed was 5star but Aspinal have lost 2 stars for the personalised service. Not worth the £20 especially the Blind option for the Camera bag. Too blind! V small letters on the end of the strap, took a while to find it.Images on website show the initials go on the body of the bag and so expected it there. Also this item has changeable straps so definitely expected it on the body.
This service is not worth the extra £20 and going by another review, don’t go for the gold option either. Apart from that,a good sale price.👍
