Shocking!!! Bought Christmas present and still waiting. Contacted CS they said it was on pre order ( a big fat lie ) I am waiting on response at the moment with live chat and they ignored me, at this point I just want my money back!!

Terrible Customer Service at Aspinal of London
Having been a customer of Aspinal of London for many years and during this time having spent a fortune with them I am speechless at the Customer Service Department. I bought myself a faux crocodile phone case but after a few days the gold rim began to flake off. I emailed the relevant department for a return label which after numerous emails and a week passing I eventually received. I packed up their faulty phone case and returned it. After at least ten more emails and three weeks passing I still have no replacement. I find it absolutely incredible that such a prestigious company gives such appalling service - I am still waiting and will not give up!!! I shall name and shame the person who sends. R the occasional email then NOTHING!!
Excellent service
From start to finish a great experience. Chose item online, couldn’t get discount to work so used the chat service. It was all sorted rather quickly. Item ordered regular updates on the process packaging to delivery.

I ordered a handbag 5 days ago. I paid £9.95 for express/next day delivery.Nothing happened. The next day I tried their Chat24, they should call it Chat0. Said you are no.1 in queue for an hour at a quiet time of day. Emailed and asked them to just cancel the order as it wasn’t going to arrive on time. Someone replied couldn’t find the order number I had given so couldn’t deal with it. So I replied with a copy of the order showing the same order number. Nothing. Then 3 days later I receive an email saying my order has been dispatched except it hasn’t, it’s “awaiting pick up” all day! Emailed again. Still no reply. Why do so many companies now treat customers with contempt, hiding behind any form of communication that doesn’t involve speedy and effective communication, let alone human contact. It’s an appalling way to treat customers.

Wrong item sent
Ordered an item - they sent the wrong colour - asked for an exchange but was given a refund without reimbursing the postage with no communication. Not quite sure why I’ve paid the postage for their mistake or why I got a refund and not an exchange. Really shoddy customer service expected better from a premium brand

Ordered a wallet in navy colour, they sent me a black one. I contacted them, they requested photo, sent the photo and communication stopped, they simply ignored my emails. Disgusting company that screws up orders and ignores customers.
