Terrible Customer Service at Aspinal of London
Having been a customer of Aspinal of London for many years and during this time having spent a fortune with them I am speechless at the Customer Service Department. I bought myself a faux crocodile phone case but after a few days the gold rim began to flake off. I emailed the relevant department for a return label which after numerous emails and a week passing I eventually received. I packed up their faulty phone case and returned it. After at least ten more emails and three weeks passing I still have no replacement. I find it absolutely incredible that such a prestigious company gives such appalling service - I am still waiting and will not give up!!! I shall name and shame the person who sends. R the occasional email then NOTHING!!
