Wrong item sent
Ordered an item - they sent the wrong colour - asked for an exchange but was given a refund without reimbursing the postage with no communication. Not quite sure why I’ve paid the postage for their mistake or why I got a refund and not an exchange. Really shoddy customer service expected better from a premium brand
