Luxury Prices - Budget Service.

I dont write reviews lightly, but I've been left with no option.
A couple of weeks ago I purchased a notebook from their website. It took a while to be dispatched but didnt think much of it because it had been personalised. When it was finally dispatched the item never arrived. I contacted customer services who tried to chase the item and deemed it lost in transit and offered me a full refund. I didnt mind and accepted the refund. Except...i didnt get the full refund I got a partial refund? It took me 2 days and numerous emails/chats with their online service to finally get a full refund. There was no explanation as to why I'd only received a partial refund initially nor was there an appology about it. Just a "I've now refunded the full amount".
Anyway, despite my better judgement, I really wanted this notebook. So I decided to reorder it. The item was created, despatched and delivered this time in around 4 days which was brilliant!....until i opened it.
Baring in mind this is a notebook that cost £100. The leather is marked both front and back. It's clearly not been quality controlled and not something I expect to receive from anywhere never mind a luxury company (?). I contact customer services via email 3 days ago....no response. I contacted customer services on their webchat, its took them 2 days to respond with a "can I have your order number" and not heard anything since.
Terrible terrible customer service. Looking at the reviews on TP this appears to be a regular occurance. Disappointed to say the least and I should have trusted my better judgement in the 1st place.

I love the quality of their products. I have quite a few of their handbags and other leather goods. My order experience was uneventful and Sophie, was very helpful. The area that always lets the experience down is receiving updates regarding your order. The tracking information provided didn’t work and I only received an update yesterday, advising my order was on its way. My parcel arrived at 14.38 today. The courier, was polite & friendly.

Every customer service dept needs an Emily!
Emily turned a negative experience into a very positive one. Initially spoke with a customer service operative, who didn't go that extra mile, or bothered to really help as much as she possibly could have. Anyway....I eventually (and lucky for me) got through to Emily. This lady did everything to help and she came up good. Worst customer service experience of…
Worst customer service experience of all time. They sent me the wrong product. Now, I think the product I originally wanted is out of stock, but I wouldn’t know because I can’t get a response out of them. I’m having to chase them for answers and it’s been over two weeks. All they’ve done is send me a return label, no word on trying to get me the product I ordered in the first place. Not to mention, my first order (containing the wrong product) was delayed by over a week to begin with. I had really been looking forward to this purchase, which makes it all the more disappointing
