Good product & great support.
I’m a fairly recent convert to VideoProc - the program I’d been using previously to download youtube videos stopped working and was out of support, so I decided to switch over to this one after reading some reviews. I’ve been very happy with it - it works very well and produces good quality video files, and so far has been able to process every video I’ve tried It on. It can do more than just download videos too, but that’s been my use so far. The program is also straightforward and easy to use. A few days ago I did hit a small issue with some particular youtube videos, where the last seconds of the audio was lost. I contacted DigiArty support and was impressed with their response - my communications were returned very promptly, and a fix provided within 2 days of my first email. That’s the sort of support that gives you confidence in your purchase - thanks again Adam! Like I said, I’m very happy with VideoProc, and with DigiArty. Definitely worth trying if you have a need to download videos to your computer. For the record, I’m running it on a Windows 11 PC. Mark.
