Excellent Customer Service

It's rare that you come across a customer service department that is genuiunely interested in solving your problem. Even when the problem is the user. Adam's troubleshooting efforts were simple to follow and made all the difference. VideoProc Converter AI is a extremly useful tool. I'm glad I found it.

Working program update after failing to download a video file

I attempted to download a video file that first required a lot of time to review a whole series for possible downloading. Then trying to download the selected file failed. So I emailed the video link to the VideoProc support team, they promptly sent a programming update link that I used, and then downloading the selected file was quick and everything worked fine!

VideoProc Converter AI is one of the…

VideoProc Converter AI is one of the most powerful (if not, the most powerful) video enhacer & processor I've known and used since a very long time, before the Covid pandemic. As a product, it contains many useful tools which I have not yet tried out, due to its enormous versatility and potential. Especially, when some sites change their configuration or the app needs an update, the VideoProc customer service personnel are always enthusiastic to help me on any endeavour I may find. I have not seen this level of professionalism in any other app website. I only have to offer my warmest and deepest thanks to everyone at VideoProc, being you all the solution we users have been looking for in a long time. Blessedness to everyone and keep up the extraordinary work!!

Very good support for Videoproc

I use Videoproc for quite some time and especially the support is outstanding. When I send an e-mail for issues in the software the response of the supportteam is fast and to the point. When there is more information needed the supportteam gives detailed tips how to act. In most cases the communication with the supportteam is pleasant en accurate. Problems will be solved in no time, so that's what anyone wants from a supportive team.

Have the correct hardware this program works

I am floored by the results of this product. It is what I have been waiting for so long. i use this to upscale from bluray 1080p to 4k. I am also mad now I see how the industry has been ripping off the consumer. I have amassed a 4k collection of over 200 4k titles and was never satisfied with the image quality. After investing just a couple of dollars in this program I am amazed. I have taken cheap bluray disk 1080p and converted them to 4k with this program and they look 3x better than my 4k original disk. All the money I have invested in 4k disk and 95% of them just look average. The only exception is a few 4k disk, mostly nature disk with great images with no up conversion. The three bluray disk I have converted from 1080p took (3 hours each) My settings MKV,HEVC,ACC and High Quality are the best looking 4k disk in my collection. It proves what I always suspected the industry has been and is still ripping us off with these poor quality, noisy, grainy 4k disk. Get the right PC hardware and create your own 4k disk from 1080p bluray. I do not know if I should be happy or mad! After all the money I have spent on 4k disk. Excellent results on my system. From what I can tell this program needs better than average hardware to properly upscale video to 4k. Good response from a trouble ticket

In attempting to backup a DVD, VideoProc consistently hung, eventually giving an error and suggesting filing a report with them. I did so. Within 24 hours, got a response. I provided some more details and they pointed me to a 'safe mode' that fixed the problem. Kudos!
