Wide range of templates so that is a good thing. However the purchasing process is a pain.... Creating a password of 60 random characters - normal and special - and numbers gives a vague error. Shorter password works but is less secure. Password is not valid is too vague when it matches the list of hints underneath. Phone number to place an order for a digital product.... Really? Turns out they want to call you for verification purposes. Who has time for that? Then another verification step by sending a photo of your card... Last 4 digits only. Again too much of a hassle. Stripe has all the tools needed to determine the risk of a payment attempt. If they approve it's almost certainly a legit purchase. Security and taking care of data is good but you have to take usability into account as well. And for a quick purchase of a document template this is just too much of a hassle. If I have time within the next 48 hours I'll follow up with them... But I already wasted some time on writing this :)
