Customer service is a bit slow
Delivery was OK, not quick but time to delivery was OK from german storage altough Aliexpress does the same from china warehouse for orders over 10$. I bought two RC cars (WLtoys) one was faulty after the third moderate use. Tomtop provided no reparation service. However they covered the price of the part to change with a partial refund. Customer service was a bit slow. NB : Changed the review from 3 stars to 4 stars as customer service did address the problem i had with one the product
