It costs money to get luggage under their warranty fixed
I bought a new luggage bag from them 18 months ago, and I registered the product within 2 days of purchase. Only a handful of trips later, a wheel broke off. I contacted their warranty department, and after completing 3 rounds of information, photos, etc, they approved the claim... and then charged me over $25 shipping to have a replacement sent. I even offered them less expensive replacement options, but they refused. I don't think you should call it a warranty when at the end of the day your customers will have to pay to get their products fixed.
