Airpaz cancels flights
Airpaz cancels flights, rescheduled flights without giving you any options to choose another flight so the only option you have is to cancel, hopefully get a refund, and book another flight with another company. I had one flight rescheduled and had to cancel then get another flight. My refund is not going through 🤞. I booked another couple of flights but one was rescheduled 2 hours earlier which meant that I would arrive too late to catch the flight. I tried to reschedule - no luck - then a refund because of it - refused. Told to try voluntary refund and again refused DESPITE having a refundable ticket?! And now trying to send emails to get it sorted 😕 next the c/c company. If anyone reads this Trip.com is much better and actually looks after you!!
