Misleading Advertising and Poor…
Misleading Advertising and Poor Customer Service This company's "100% Money Back Guarantee" is highly misleading. Their advertising repeatedly states that customers have 90 days to try the product and, if they are not satisfied, they will receive a full refund. What they fail to make clear is that customers may be charged substantial restocking fees, reportedly around 30%, as well as return shipping costs. These charges are completely at odds with the clear impression created by their advertising, which promises a full money-back guarantee if you are unhappy with the product. The problems do not end there. When customers attempt to exercise this guarantee, they are met with a constant stream of emails offering discounts, incentives, and free supplies instead of being allowed to return the product. Rather than honouring their advertised refund policy, the company appears focused on discouraging returns. I have personally been trying to return my device for more than two weeks. Despite repeatedly requesting a return shipping label, none has been provided. Instead, I have continued to receive responses designed to delay the process and persuade me to keep the product. It appears that unless customers agree to lose a significant portion of the money they paid, the company is unwilling to facilitate the return. In my view, this is inconsistent with their advertised "100% Money Back Guarantee" and represents very poor customer service. I would strongly advise prospective customers to carefully review the terms and conditions before purchasing, as the reality of the refund process does not reflect the straightforward guarantee presented in the company's marketing.
