Worked well but discount codes don’t work
Worked well but the new joiner discount codes don’t work and customer service doesn’t respond. Edit - they didn't respond despite claiming to have done so below!

Product not shipping. No response.
Ordered a product more than a month ago. Status is still preparing for shipping. Customer service always just says they’ll get back to me and never do. I don’t have much confidence they’d even refund me. Seems a dodgy company with some good marketing. I’d be cautious about buying from them or go elsewhere. Update: I’ve replied with my order number multiple times already so I will ignore ‘Max’s’ reply below.
