Booking sorted thanks to Ivy
Booked a cruise, booking reference received but unable to access booking on cruise website. Ivy sorted the problem out and matched booking to cruise company, so I could access booking. Well done Ivy you took alot of stress away by sorting the booking and updated emails. Thanks
