Rubbish pans and apparently no customer service I bought a whole set of Our Place titanium pans, largely because of the supposed lifetime guarantee. One of the pans now has protein completely burnt onto it and, despite trying everything recommended to clean/save it, it will not come off. I contacted Our Place about the lifetime guarantee over a month ago. No response. I have since followed up twice more. Still absolutely nothing. So at this point, not only am I extremely disappointed with the quality of a very expensive set of pans, I’m even more disappointed by the complete lack of customer service. A “lifetime guarantee” isn’t particularly reassuring when the company simply ignores you when you try to use it. Three emails over more than a month without even the courtesy of a response is unacceptable. I really wanted to love these pans, but based on both the product and the aftercare, I absolutely would not recommend Our Place.
