SCAM -They deserve Zero Stars
They deserve Zero Stars. On Sept 28 I ordered two garage door banners. One for Halloween and another for Christmas. The Halloween arrived on Nov 22. As of Dec 8 the Christmas has not arrived. Items were purchased via PayPal. In addition they charged the tax rate at 25% when in Virginia it us 5.5%. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM.
