Great experience! No hassle
I had a great experience. I was first introduced to Springleaf by Credit Karma. I filled out an application, (on a Sunday) and received a call the following day. Stephanie, (at the Culpeper location) provided me with the best customer service, and helped me with everything. My credit is not the best, and I am in the process of trying to get it in good standing. This loan is helping me do that, and Stephanie helped me every step of the way. Plus, she is overly nice, very understanding, and has a great personality. She doesn't pressure you into anything, and does not make you feel "bad" for having a low credit score. She gives you great advice on how to raise it, and does what she can, to get you the best loan amount to help you with your needs. She is he only one I would want to work with. She has an amazing memory, and is very personable. When recommending anyone to Springleaf...I always tell them to ask for Stephanie. (Don't get me wrong, I'm sure the other ladies are lovely.) :)
