Promotions are misleading and require indepth research
I recently received my $140 circle lense order expecting 10 total lenses but receiving only 7. The promotion clearly stated in my enail and on the site "buy 2 get 3" when in reality it is "buy only 2 and get 3 any lenses in excess of two on the same order do not count". It was, of course, stated out of the way on a completely separate page in the terms and conditions. Had I known I would need my lawyer to read it over before placing my order, I would've thought twice. When I expressed my grievance to the customer service their reply was nothing short of condescending and rude. I am done with this company and so are my friends and clients.
