Check the returns policy before purchasing
I sent for a Mother of the Bride outfit. On the positive side the outfit matched the picture and the description. The fabric was of a good quality and I loved the colour. But sadly the tops were not a good fit for me, though the trousers were perfect (and I’m a tall lady). The negatives for me are. 1. Lack of information about delivery. I downloaded the app and kept track daily. My parcel arrived and then I received an email to say it would be delivered today. 2. You can return but you cannot replace items. Ideally I needed a larger size in 2 of the items but that was not possible. 3. My biggest and major gripe is that I will be out of pocket to the tune of +£30. This is what I will be charged. Buyer should beware. Will not be using this company again..
