I could finally build my screened porch
I purchased my first home in March 2015. It was a dream come true for me and, thank God, I was able to pay cash for it. I am disabled and live on a fixed income but was able to have a water system and almost 3/4 acrea of fence installed. I had a nice front porch but dreamed of screening it so that I could enjoy nature without the bugs. My loan allowed me to have my porch before Spring arrived. The representatives at the Shallotte office met and exceeded my needs and expectations. Thank you for the $$$.
