Was excited about my purchase but had an issue. Jo went above and beyond to help me with everything! Jo provided me with the most excellent customer service and addressed all my concerns. Her patience and understanding gave me confidence that I would be taken care of. I did not want to continue with a subscription and she was able to help with that as well. She is the only reason I would purchase again.
