No longer favorite place for lenses
Pinky Paradise was my go to site for years whenever I was in need of color lenses but as of lately, it has been fairly difficult to order any of my lenses. My most recent order consisted of 4 pairs of lenses and a beauty product and I received an email back saying one pair could not be matched due to color differences and to choose another one. I chose a replacement then I received another email stating that all four pairs, including the replacement, could not be matched due to color differences and to choose 4 more replacements. I chose 4 more and again received another email stating that those different 4 could also not be matched due to color differences. I have asked for a refund seeing as the strength I needed, -5.75, was not available in majority of the lenses that came in that strength and it was getting difficult to find anymore replacements. I don't know what is going on with the website but it seems to be having lots of difficulties with color differences and keeping a lot of their lenses in stock. I'm sad to leave Pinky Paradise but it no longer is able to satisfy my needs.
