High/hidden shipping charges, Low initial customer service
Updated review. Site did not display high shipping cost until after charge. Sent 4 emails cancelling order but they were not processed. After I negatively reviewed them here and other sites, customer service contacted me, and after I requested it, agreed to refund shipping. The plant arrived fresh and healthy.
