Purchased an order 3 weeks ago, still says "processing"
I've ordered from Rosegal before, almost 2 years ago. It was a neon green backless dress, of course the picture on the website was completely different than what I had ordered, not the greatest quality, fabric was very rough, but I still liked the dress, and have been complimented many times about it. I mean one has to be realistic with the prices, that it won't be exactly what they have shown on their website However. 3 weeks ago, I purchased an order for 2 items. On their website it still says processing. I've tried to complain to their support centre, but everytime I type in their code, I get a "verification error incorrect". And silly me, I tried to "call them" but let's be honest, a place like this won't have a number. So I'm not sure what to do now. Rosegal, I better get a response as to why my order which was suppose to be shipped out 3 weeks ago has not! I will be waiting for a response!
