No reply to emails! Finally a reply !
I really do not know why Newfrog is replying to reviews here? They never reply to their customers when a product has a problem! I bought 4 green lasers costing about ten dollars each and one does not work. I have repeatedly emailed their customer service email and left messages on their web site and chat message board with never even one reply. I will never order from them again! Many other web sites are much better at customer service! After reading other reviews I am surprised I even got the items even though one was defective! I did add one star! Update! New frog did finally get back to me after months and did refund me for the defective item however it took so long I had given up on them I have not ordered from them again either. It’s a great way to loose customers Newfrog!
