Vindictive and underhanded
I had a $4.00 amount that was not clearly accounted for left on a bill that had been completely paid off that was turned into the credit bureau. I have yet to be told what that amount was for and after years of paying on time and paying off the account, this is how they repaid my diligence... by leaving a message that I had not paid in a timely manner. Unbelievable!
