Still have not received order!
I ordered a pair of glasses off the website and have still yet to receive the order. When I originally ordered the glasses it said EXPRESS - 24hr dispatch, so I assumed that I would received the glasses in a couple of days, I even waited a week and then over a week, until I finally decided that it was unacceptable. Upon emailing the team, I was simply told that the 'express' option simply meant 'express dispatch' and not delivery. This is INCREDIBLY MISLEADING and is FALSE ADVERTISING. I will never use them again. It seems from the rest of the comments as well that everybody has their items delivered very slowly and that NOBODY got them on time. I hope they are not a scam company and I actually receive the item I paid for...
