ZERO STARS. TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY. Return policy is an insult to consumers (and a rip-off), despite "Most items are returnable" stated on the website. I wanted to return all except one item I ordered due to a variety of reasons (clothing does not look like the photos, and the sizing/shaping is just plain WEIRD). I contacted company as soon as I received the order to start the return process. Several emails later - it's a CONVOLUTED PROCESS - but here's their response to my return request, and I quote: "Regarding a resolution, please note that for a return, you would need to cover the return shipping cost, which might not be very economical. As an alternative, if you'd be willing to keep the products, we'd be happy to offer you a 15% Refund (e.g., if item costs 100, you can get a 15 Refund)." You read that right: "15% refund of your order" AND customer pays the "not very economical return costs." So yes, the items are returnable - but customer pays expensive shipping and only gets 15% back of the total! I order clothing almost exclusively online. There are some GREAT companies out there with fantastic return/shipping policies - BUT NOT THIS ONE.
