No regard for me as a loyal customer for years and years. I messaged you and no reply for six days.then I emailed again. You didn't answer my question at all? I'm not a well person but no one cares enough to resolve the issue. I tried 22 times to get resing working but it crashed even with new update. I've spent huge money here. If someone read the emails I sent it could be resolved. I'm really disappointed in Ikmultimedia.
