Not responding to emails
I am not getting replies to my emails. My order placed 14 April and claimed to be shipped withing 48 hours has not yet been shipped. At least I did not receive email advising so. Edit: 22 April 2016 - Finally received email advising shipping. Remains to be seen what happens next and when.
