Booked my train ticket the wrong way…
Booked my train ticket the wrong way round the trains were at the same time Luton to Gatwick! But I purchased Gatwick to Luton I was told tuff buy a new ticket so cost me another £25 I missed my train and was told I can’t complain as it’s tuff luck - rude and just so inconsiderate of a small human error
