Wish Id seen these reviews before booking today. Absolutely unimpressed so far. I've made a full payment. Received 2 emails confirming hotel. But website says payment declined yet the money has gone from my account! Contacted the hotel direct. They have no booking under my name. I'm raging. Called morerooms who "assure" me the booking is made. Hotel tell me the system should immediately show the booking. More rooms - "the booking might take 24hrs to show" Utter disgrace its 2025 ffs. IF this booking isn't live tomorrow I'm instructing my bank to charge back. Its as simple as that. Finally after 3 hrs the booking is confirmed I wont be suing this service again.
