Do not trust these people
Do not trust these people, depositing funds is a breeze, getting them back in near impossible. I have been trying to get a partial transfer done for 2 weeks now, I finally decided to dump them and am now requesting a full withdrawal and account closure. They claim to send SMS verification codes to my phone number, a number that frequently get messages from a lot of major brokers and banks without issue. However, somehow their SMS never gets delivered, then it always takes 2 days for support to respond with something generic like "please click the SMS authentication link" even though I have multiple tickets explaining I am not getting SMS. THe withdrawal request is to the same account I deposited from so it should really not be a huge security issue. Now I have a 4 day ticket pending after they asked me for a bank statement, I have heard nothing. Add to that that their service is frequently down and the app is a pain to use and you will regret ever registering with these guys. I find it very suspicious that it is so difficult to process withdrawals and that the service is so buggy, they may be in trouble.
