Atrociously bad support
Atrociously bad support, the stupid bot tries to answer your question but doesn't, 1 week later I get a reply and answer immediately as they have completely ignored my explanation on the technical issue, my reply again goes unanswered. Meanwhile I cant log into my account so my business is completely stalled while I just wait and wait and wait. The product itself is not bad, far from awesome but is let down but the worst support ever, on this alone I cant recommend the product and wont be renewing my plan at expiry as there are too may other good products out there to choose from.
