Exemplary Customer Service! My purchase was for my daughter's wedding. I ordered early, but being mindful of today's mail service and didn't know where it was coming from exactly, I reached out and worked with different customer service reps, who all were amazing! The dress while very beautiful, did not work for me, but working with Riley made the process of return such a smooth process. The detail to knowledge of situation, punctuality on response time and communication was above and beyond! While my item didn't work, I definitely will consider shopping with Zapaka in the future.
